Platypus Viewing Track

Platypus are common in our area. We are most fortunate to have a family of platypus living on our property. They can often be seen moving up

 and down our creek, feeding or just playing  in our dams at any time during the day giving you a great opportunity to view  platypus in their

 natural environment. You can take the easy walk along our 1.6 km of regularly cut viewing trail at your leisure whilst staying at Hamlet Downs.

 Although they are often seen, they are wild animals. We therefore can not guarantee that you will see them especially in dry seasons.
